Nanjing Liju Precision Foging Co., Ltd. was established in 1998 which is a private enterprise manufacturing, producing, designing and researching precision forging parts for automobile,; Motorcycle, shipping and so on. It covers more than 50000 sqm, has total assets forty million RMB and 13000sqm standard workshop. LIJU possesses 8 forging production lines mainly including 300t, 400t, 630t friction presses and 1.5t electro-hydraulic program control hammer.
CAD/CAM system was implemented for design and fabrication of forging die. We utilize effectiive inspection equipments to inspect every operation and detail from the raw material to the processed products, hence our quality is secured and guaranteed through training and understanding of products we supply.
Liju have approved ISO9001: 2000, and became one member of China Forging Association (CFIA) at the same year. We have approved TS16949: 2002. This certificate is the technical specification copmlying automobile quality system, which has been widely accepted by Europe and America suppliers. Our products have been in automobile, engine, hardware, railway and aviation fields and also export to the United States, Germany, Italy, Canada, Japan. And so on.
